Landowners
The ACU Public Liability policy extends to indemnify landowners and circuits who allow the ACU / their affiliated clubs or promoters to run events on their land.
The landowner is covered for any claims made against him where there has been third party property damage or injury to a third party during an ACU permitted event.
The limit of indemnity provided by this policy is £30,000,000 for premier permitted events and £10,000,000 for events held under the Basic permit package.
Please note the cover is only in force for the duration of the permit including setting up and dismantling the event.
