Harri Kullas was the big winner at last night’s Rhayader MCC hosted PAR Homes/Bodenham Enterprise Park/Steve Rowlands & Sons sponsored Welsh Open Motocross Championship in front of a packed crowd taking both the Pro Overall and the Dash for Cash for good measure.
Kullas would fire in with two moto wins, before Conrad Mewse fought back to win the third and final moto ahead of an impressive Taylor Hammal and John Adamson. Reigning Champion Adam Sterry would finish second behind Kullas in the opening two Moto’s to edge out Mewse for second overall.
When it came down to the Dash for Cash it was once again Kullas who was king to round out a fantastic midweek evening of moto’s for the Estonian.
In the other classes, Rory Jones won the Experts, Scott Meredith came out on top in the Clubman, Jamie Powell was the Vets number one, Tanisha Thomas won all three moto’s to claim victory in the Ladies, Thomas Mumford triumphed in the Novice and Wayne Vaughan won the Beginners.
