In order to avoid possible confusion with the Foxhill event, the original Vets MXdN has undergone a makeover and will now be called the Farleigh Castle Vets MX and will take place on the usual weekend of the 9th & 10th September.
The tested format will be the same as previous years with the Nations Team races and no less than seven support classes for Twinshock, Evo and Super Evo machines, which include riders of various ages over thirty.
A fresh look to the website www.farleighcastlevetsmx.co.uk now holds all the information and on- line registrations will open on the above website (not the ACU system) on Wednesday February 1st. As in previous years, riders will need to complete the Registration process which costs £10 and then complete their entry by the 20th February. This system eliminates the mad rush to gain a place and gives more riders a chance to enter.
Teams can make an application for entry to Sonia Goggin in the usual way at goggseast25@live.co.uk , but it should be stressed that Teams from recognised FIM federations will have priority over second teams from any country.
The full event regulations will be published on the 27th of this month which riders should read in advance of making an entry.
The classes will be as follows. Each class will have four races.
Team Races of four riders on a mixture of Twinshock and Evo / Super Evo machines.
Twinshock machines. Riders 30 -70
All 125 machines. Riders 30 -70
Evo 250 machines. Riders 30 – 70
