Ahead of the launch of the new ACU Sport 80 system, the ACU would like to update everyone that the club and member systems have both been locked down earlier today and a snapshot of the data has now been taken to migrate this information into the New system ready for the launch later this month.
The ACU would like to outline what this means for Clubs/Members and the ACU during this period.
Members will be able to continue to enter events but everything else is locked. Clubs can view all historical data i.e. members, permits, events etc but Permit application is now locked and clubs should contact Kirsty if they need a permit. Clubs can still administer in full and create new events (events are dependent on Permits so the ACU would need to create the permit first) The ACU have full unrestricted access to the entire admin system but anything they change or add will now not be migrated to Sport80 – a message in the admin system re-iterates this.
