The ACU Motocross Department and Halstead and District MCC are disappointed to announce that the British Quad Cross Championship class, due to be held at Wakes Colne this weekend has been cancelled due to the extremely low number of rider entries in the class.
As of Monday 11th July, the club have only received 7 entries for the British Quad Championship and therefore the difficult decision has been made to the cancel the class, as it is not financially viable to continue with the low entries and will not provide the level of racing that is expected of the British Championship.
The Halstead and District MCC will still be running the event that will feature the British Sidecar Cross Championship, along with a round of the South Eastern Evo Championship and the a Allcomers support class for Expert and Junior riders. Entries are still available for all classes via the ACU Online System at www.ride-acu.uk
The remaining rounds of the British Quad Cross Championship will now be held at Little Hempston on the 24th July and Cusses Gorse on the 14th August.
