Blackford’s Continue As Title Sponsors

Southern 100 Racing are pleased to confirm that Blackford Financial Services are to continue as Title Sponsors of the Pre-TT Classic Road Races 2022.

The Pre-TT Classic Road Races commenced on the Colas Billown Course in 1988, Blackford Financial Services have been involved since 2003 and took on the role of ‘Title Sponsor’ two-years later, in 2005. 

The long term relationship is much appreciated by the race organisers, Southern 100 Racing and has helped establish the event as one of the premier Classic Road Races in the annual calendar attracting competitors from Europe and as far away as Australia to soak up the atmosphere of racing on the 4.25-mile Colas Billown Course in the Isle of Man.

Managing Director of Blackford Financial Services Ltd, Dave Smart said: ‘The Pre TT-Classic Races will be celebrating their 34th anniversary in 2022 and we are proud to have sponsored the event for over half of this period. Now in our 18th year as title sponsor, we continue to feel privileged to be associated with both the Southern 100 Club and the event itself and we are grateful for the hard work and dedication put in by both the Club and all those associated with the races in making the event such a truly remarkable occasion.

The 2022 Blackford Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races take place on Friday, Saturday, and Monday 27th, 28th & 30th May, with a unique Prize Presentation in Castletown Square on Tuesday afternoon 31st May.
