At an event this past weekend, an incident involving a dog attack took place. Sadly, this is not the first incident of this nature to occur at Grasstrack this season. It is clearly stated in the ACU Handbook that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners must also make sure that they are holding the lead as well. Most clubs, including Sunday's hosts, have placed signs around the venue to remind everybody of this.
If you are attending any form of motorcycle sport as an official, a competitor or as a spectator, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOUR DOG IS ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. If you know that your dog may pose a risk to others, it should be kept at home and away from the venue.
