After the UK Government announced that organised
sport can go ahead in the present climate, the hard working Torridge Club are confident that rounds two and three of the Keedwell ACU Trial GB series will go ahead on the first weekend of October.
At the time of this release there are still six places left in the Expert class for this double header, which takes place in Devon on the 3rd and 4th October. A 3.5km lap, to be covered three times each day with twelve sections per lap is already plotted, with a different route and sections for day two.
The organisers have specifically eased the sections, especially for the Expert Class as a total of thirty six sections has to be covered within the five hour time limit. The course consists of streams, climbs and some dry rocks on the Club’s Petertavy (PL19 9NA) venue.
