Eastbourne youngster Tom Brennan is through to the European Under-21 Final after an impressive display at Divisov on Saturday.
Brennan finished joint fourth on ten points to comfortably make it through from a meeting won by talented Czech Republic racer Jan Kvech.
Great Britain’s other representative Leon Flint endured a troubled afternoon and finished down the order on four points.
Youth boss Neil Vatcher said: “This was Tom’s first competitive meeting since riding in Australia in late 2019, and he looked in good form and had a lot of speed, ending up winning his fourth ride as well as having three second places.
“He will now take this form into the European Under-19 Qualifier which again takes place in the Czech Republic on August 14.
“Leon found the rough track conditions not to his liking, having had machine issues during practice, and never really got going in the main meeting.”
