Following the unfortunate cancellation of the Bickers Lifting / Stebbing Car Superstore ACU Eastern Motocross Championship round at Blaxhall Circuit (IP17 1LG) on Sunday 28th July the Championship returns for a rerun of the third round, hosted by the Woodbridge DMCC on Sunday 1
st September.
Blaxhall will feature a bumper line up with nearly 200 riders competing across the Expert and Junior classes in an action packed 15 race programme.
In the Expert Class a bumper line of the region best riders and a selection of national stars will be competing across the three Championship races. Current Championship leader Luke Benstead will be looking to extend his 5 point lead over reigning Champion Shaun Southgate as he hopes to defend his title.
Both will have their work cut out against Buildbase Honda’s Lewis Tombs who took all three race wins at the opening round in April.
Other riders to look out for include Tom Grimshaw, Connor Hughes, Sam Nunn, Declan Whittle, Josh Peters and the return of former British Championship and club member James Cottrell.
In the Junior Classes 160 riders will be split across four groups with the fastest 40 contesting the Junior Championship. The battle at the top of the Junior Championship is super tight with Kane Fisher leading the way by just one point over Jack Youngs, but the pair will both have to look over their shoulders as a host of other riders will be looking to claim the 2019 title.
All the action starts at 9:15am with the first block of racing start straight after Practice. Admission prices are £10 for Adults and £5 for Unaccompanied Children with the Blaxhall Circuit being located using the postcode IP17 1LG.
