The Road Race Department wish to notify all clubs/riders and officials of an amendment to Page 293 - 14.23 Transponders - of the 2019 ACU Road Race Standing Regulations in the Handbook. Item 11.The Transonder must be charged and ‘flashing’ green and fitted to the machine when presented for a Technical Inspection
