RHL Activities is pleased to announce that Apico Factory Racing has signed an agreement to support the 2018 HydroGarden Weston Beach Race, which takes place on October 19-21, for a fourth year.
Continuing a strong and prominent involvement with the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race Powered by KTM, Apico Factory Racing will once again be back on the beach to showcase their range of products, whilst raising money for charity. The Apico Hydration Station, which has become an integral part of the promenade set-up, offers a free bottle of water for competitors and race-goers whilst providing the opportunity to donate to the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity. Thanks to Apico Factory Racing’s collaboration with Ice Valley Water, the two brands have raised £1000’s of for the charity in the last few years. It’s worth noting that the air ambulance relies solely on public donations.
One of the leading distributors and manufacturers of off-road products in the UK for more than 30 years, Apico’s world-class competition background, experienced sales staff and a modern 22,500sq.ft warehouse guarantees a service second to none. It is with this service that the brand variety continues to grow each year and Apico is the sole UK distributor for many leading brands. Apico’s dedication to the sport is also reflected in our own Apico range, which offers quality hardware and accessories for professional riders and those who insist on the best.
Competitors and race-goers are welcome to visit the Apico Factory Racing stand where the brand’s experienced staff will be on-hand to discuss Apico’s products, in detail. As the biggest off-road event in the UK, the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race Powered by KTM is a highlight event of the year for off-road manufacturers and event organisers, RHL Activities, are proud to be continuing this positive partnership with Apico for 2018.
“We’re looking forward to the fourth year at the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race with Ice Valley Water and the Apico Hydration Station. We will be once again encouraging spectators and competitors to come along the promenade to pick up a bottle of water, and leave a donation should they wish to our chosen charity – the Great Western Air Ambulance, who we will give all proceeds to. It’s nice to give back to the Air Ambulance, as this service plays such a vital role when the unfortunate happens at any off-road event. I know a good few riders that have benefitted from the Air Ambulance over the years and without it I wouldn’t like to think what could have happened. It’s just a way for us to give back and say thankyou on behalf of the industry,”Commented Dylan Brown, Director of Apico.
“I am pleased to be able to announce that Apico Factory Racing will be partnering us at the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race Powered by KTM for a fourth year. It is great to see our partnership together working well to see the company join us at the UK’s biggest motorsport event year in year out. Our relationship with Apico is important for the Beach Race, as they are one of the key distributors of offroad products in the UK. Not only that, they are raising money for a very important cause and we are looking forward to seeing them again on the beach this October.”Commented Gareth Hockey, Director of RHL Activities.
