The Mid Sussex MCC are pleased to confirm that the Compass Cup will be held at Culham Moto Park on the 23rd and 24th September for the 2017 season. With the event now heading into its third year after taking over from the ACU Team Event and continues to grow in strength each year.
The event was contested at Mildenhall in 2015 and 2016 where Norfolk and Suffolk (2015) and East Anglia (2016) both claimed the title, but for the 2017 event the host club Mid Sussex felt the event needed a change of venue and Culham Moto Park provided the ideal venue.
With all the clubs from 2016 looking to compete in the event once again there is still an opportunity for ACU affiliated clubs to join the event. The event will feature up to 10 teams competing in all Youth and Adult classes.
Each team will 4 riders per class and the requirements for entry are that each Club is ACU Affiliated and hosts a club championship that includes all schoolboy classes and an adult class.
The full criteria for this event are being compiled at the moment and will be released to all clubs that have shown interest in the early part of the season.
