The ACU would like to congratulate 19 year old Jack Edmondson from Staffordshire who recently claimed the Maxxis FIM World Enduro Championship Youth 125cc Cup in Italy after taking victory on the Saturday on board his Fast Eddy Racing KTM. Jack’s dominance of the class meant that he had claimed the title with three days of the 2016 season remaining.
Jack has overcome a number of previous injuries to take the 2016 championship by storm and during last weekend’s difficult Italian round Jack was in a class of his own. During the 2016 season Jack has claimed victory on 9 of the 12 days that he has competed, including a current winning streak of eight in a row.
Guided by his father, multi times World Enduro Champion Paul Edmondson, as well as other family members and people within his support crew Jack has been a true force to be reckoned with this year. The whole Edmondson family have long been associated with the sport of Enduro and it is great to see Jack claim this title and continue the family tradition of International Enduro success.
