Multi British Youth Grass Track Champion Kyle Bickley retained his World 125cc crown after scoring a 15-point maximum in the Czech Republic on Saturday following winning the same event last year in Germany.
The 13-year-old from Cumbria won the FIM Track Racing Youth Gold Trophy 125cc in Plezn ahead of Poland’s Marcin Turowski in second and Holland’s Wiliam Kruit in third.
GB Youth boss Neil Vatcher said: “This is a great achievement for the 13-year-old from Cumbria, up against the best riders in Europe in this class, not only from the home nation but also Poland and Scandinavia, and also racing against boys older and more experienced than him.”
