The ACU Board is pleased to announce that Dickie Staff will act as Interim Chairman of the Track Racing Commission until the end of the 2025 season.
Dickie has been a member of the Track Racing Commission for many years and has had a previous period as Chairman of the Track Racing Commission and as a Director of ACU Ltd. Dickie will bring significant professional and sporting experience to the role and is also a current member of the FIM Europe Track Racing Commission, which the Board believes will be essential in successfully rebuilding the commission for a new era of ACU sport.
In addition, for this interim period, Ben Ilsley, a member of the Track Racing Commission will work as Vice Chairman of the Commission and Kirsty Telford will continue in her role as Track Racing Commission Co-ordinator.
Dickie said, “I am looking forward to working together with both the new and existing members of the Track Racing Commission, and with the support of the ACU Track Racing Co-ordinator, Kirsty Telford, we aim to offer a good support service to all riders and event organisers and ensure a successful season of Track Racing ahead”.
