MECCA-X LAUNCHES EXCITING NEW SIX-ROUND MX CHAMPIONSHIP
Mecca-X, the hub of X-Bladez Events, and the brainchild of Dave Willet – former British 2-Stroke Champion, owner of the hugely-popular 2-Stroke Festival and the inspiration behind Team GB Junior Worlds MX – has launched a new and exciting six-round Mecca-X MX Club championship.

The six-round series, which will cater for club riders from Auto 50cc to Vets, will be largely south-east based, however, with a nod to the UK’s temperamental weather conditions, and the need for an early season sand-based circuit, the opening round will take place at the brilliant Fatcat Moto Parc in Doncaster over the weekend of the 29th and 30th of March.

The Yorkshire circuit will welcome riders of all abilities, and present seasoned sand racers and novices alike an unforgettable experience of pre-season racing. Parking, with hard standing for all vehicles, is a bonus too!

2025 Mecca-X MX Championship dates:

Rd 1- 30th March Fatcat Moto Parc, Doncaster

Rd 2- 27th April, Sellindge MX, Kent

Rd 3- 25th May, Iden, Sussex

Rd 4 – 1st June, Ringmer, Sussex

Rd 5- 22nd June, Sellindge MX, Kent

Rd 6- 13th July, Ringmer, Sussex

Entries are now live via GoRaceMX. X-Bladez members can enjoy perks such as preferred race number, priority booking and discounted rates for practice days at Selliindge MX and Ringmer MX.

X-Bladez boss Dave Willet, the man behind the new Mecca-X series, the established Red Bull Pro Stroke National, and the Apico Two-Stroke Festival said: “Fatcat Moto Parc is the ultimate venue to kickstart our upcoming club series. It's an all-weather track - rain or shine, we're racing. No muddy parking nightmares here, you've got solid ground beneath your wheels.

“X-Bladez members …  you're in luck with priority booking. This is your chance to kickstart the season, fine-tune your skills, and get that competitive edge. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newcomer, FatCat has something for everyone. Don't miss this opportunity to rev up your engines and join the action.”
