The Auto Cycle Union (ACU) is delighted to announce that Fast Eddy Racing, which is led by Paul Edmondson, has signed a three-year contract with the ACU and will organise the ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship in 2025.
As a four-time World Enduro Champion, Paul is hugely experienced in the sport and he and his team are well-known for the outstanding quality of the events they organise. They are currently putting the finishing touches to organising Great Britain’s round of the FIM Super Enduro series which will be held at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle on 1 March.
Securing Paul to a long-term contract with the ACU is a significant boost for the enduro discipline and the ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship specifically. This year’s series will be run across four rounds, but there is a determination to grow it in 2026 and 2027 by adding additional events and venues. The Youth series will also feature at these events.

“Paul has been working with the ACU to organise and run the upcoming FIM Super Enduro event in Newcastle and Paul’s enthusiasm for the sport of Enduro is clear for all to see. He’s excited to get planning underway for the season ahead and we’re sure our British Sprint Enduro riders will be delighted with the events Paul and his team put on.”
Tristan Robinson, ACU Enduro Commission Member, said: “We’re delighted to announce a three-year partnership with Paul Edmondson to secure the future of the ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship. With Fast Eddy Racing’s experience in hosting top-class events, the 2025 BSEC season will build through the first year, before expanding in 2026 and 2027.
“The 2025 ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship will include seven days of riding, including a season finale at the prestigious Hawkstone Park motocross circuit. We hope all enduro competitors will support the series as it moves around the country.”
Paul Edmondson said: “The return of the British Sprint Enduro Championship to Fast Eddy events is something we are very pleased to confirm. We feel that working together with the ACU we can take the events back where they belong with consistency and quality.
“We have a three-year plan with the possibility to grow into a six-event championship and we will be moving all around the UK as well as looking at the possibility of travelling further afield. It’s exciting times ahead and we are looking forward to this season already.”
