Jamie Lewis steps down as ISDE Team GB Team Manager

After much reflection, Jamie Lewis has made the difficult decision to step down from his role as Team Manager of ISDE Team GB in 2025. With an increasingly busy year ahead for his business, he feels he can no longer give the role the full attention it deserves.

On behalf of ISDE Team GB, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jamie Lewis for his outstanding contribution over the past two years.

Jamie stepped into the role with dedication and a strong passion for the sport, and his journey from a rider’s perspective to the manager’s role has been one of growth, learning, and incredible professionalism. The skills he’s developed and brought to the role have left a lasting impact, not only on the team but also on the future of the sport.

Throughout his time with us, Jamie has been a key figure, building strong relationships and always pushing the team forward. His commitment, drive, and exceptional support have been integral to our successes over the past two years.

After stepping into the Team Manager role in early 2023, Jamie steered the team to success in Argentina which saw the Men’s Trophy Team finish third in what was one of the toughest editions of the ISDE in many years. In Spain last year, Jamie was an excellent leader for not only the trophy riders, but also many of the club team competitors.

We wish Jamie all the best in the future and look forward to building on the solid foundation he has left. It has been a true privilege to have him as part of the team, and we are grateful for his leadership and dedication.

Jamie Lewis: “I want to say a big thank you to the ACU and the British ISDE Team for giving me the opportunity to be Team Manager over the past two years. It’s been a privilege to be involved in the sport again, creating some unforgettable memories and working alongside a fantastic group of people. However, with my business set to have a very busy year, I don’t feel I can commit the time and energy the role deserves any more. I wish the team every success in 2025 and beyond.”
