The ACU Enduro Commission is seeking applicants to apply for the role of ACU Team GB ISDE Manager. The ISDE is held over a two-week period in late Summer or early Autumn each year and the Team Manager is responsible in conjunction with the ACU Enduro Commission for the selection and delivery of the Trophy teams who will represent their country. The manager is also responsible for arranging for a support team (circa 40 persons) and to interface to the club riders who will also attend the event.
The ACU will provide an ACU Delegate as part of this support team who will liaise with the Organiser and the FIM. Event entries will also be arranged via the ACU. The actual size and roles of the support team are for the Team Manager to determine. An allocation of funding is provided by the Enduro Commission but there will be a need to raise additional funds typically by the means of fundraising events or sponsorship deals.
The ACU would be happy if the right candidate expresses interest to discuss in more detail how this role can be altered to suit the candidate’s availability as part of a management team.
