The ACU Offices will close at 12:00 on Tuesday 24th December and will reopen at 09:00 on Thursday 2nd January 2025. During this closure period emails will not be monitored except for anything related to serious incidents which should be referred to ACU Secretary General, Matthew Edwards-Wear by email matthew@acu.org.uk or by calling 07825 340932 and leave a message and he will respond when able to do so.
Licensing renewals can still take place through the licensing platform but responses to any support tickets will be slower than normal and will be responded to on 2nd January or very shortly afterwards.
