Qualifying
Bobby Varey set the pace in the hot sunny weather and was fastest in a time of 1 minute 13.02 seconds and a speed of 90.97 mph. Just 1.25 seconds ahead of Joey Thompson both on TZ 250cc Yamaha's in the ACU 250cc National class. DTR Cup competitor Sean Morrison was well on the pace and third overall on his RS 250cc Honda. Second fastest in the Cup class was James Chandler also on a RS 250cc Honda. On his return to racing after a big crash at Pembrey Darrell Higgins was third fastest in the Cup Class on his T Z 350cc Yamaha. Fastest in the 125cc National Class went to Former 125cc National champion Gavin Mills.
Race One
Bobby Varey took the victory and set the fastest lap of the race, but it was all action behind. Former National 250cc champion Tommy Lawlor took second place in his first meeting of this season on his TZ 250cc Yamaha. Sean Morrison was third place overall but took victory in the DTR Cup class. Second place in the Cup class went to Alex Penrice who put in a great ride as he charged through from 24th place on the grid to sixth place overall after his nine-lap race on his TZ 250cc Yamaha. Third place went to Mark Chapman on his RS 250cc Honda and just 0.73 of a second behind Alex Penrice. Gavin Mills took Victory in the 125cc National class on his RS 125cc Honda second place went to Sam Llewellyn on his RS 125cc Honda who enjoyed a race long dice with local ace Darrell Higgins TZ350 Yamaha. Third 125cc home was another RS 125cc Honda ridden by Makenzie Parsons.
Race Two
Bobby Varey notched up his second victory from two starts but it was second placed Joey Thompson who set the fastest lap of the race and just 0.29 of a second from setting a new 250 National Lap record in a time of 1 minute 13.09 seconds and a speed of 91.11 mph. The final step of the podium went to Mike Smith all TZ 250cc Yamaha's. After retiring from his first race with crankshaft problems Nick Sansome was fourth on his TSR 250cc Honda. Sean Morrison notched up his second victory in the DTR Cup class with Alex Penrice second and Mark Chapman third. Gavin Mills won the 125cc National class Sam Llewellyn was again second and had a great dice with Darrell Higgins and Phil Guillou TZ 250cc Yamaha. The final step of the podium went to Sian Brooks on her RS125cc Honda.
Race Three
Bobby Varey notched up his third win from three starts and currently leads the National 250cc Championship Joey Thompson was second and Sean Morrison took third place and victory in the DTR Cup. On his final lap he set a new cup class lap record in a time of 1 minute 15.14 seconds. The previous record was set by Phil Stead back in 2018. Mark Chapman went one better and finished in second place with James Chandler in third place. Alex Penrice retired from this race but still currently leads the DTR cup class championship. Gavin Mills was another rider to notch up three wins from three starts. Sam Llewellyn again had a great dice with some of the 250cc competitors this time it was Chris Moore who retired from both his previous races but finished this one 13th overall and 11th in class. Stephen Bayley finished in 15 overall behind Sam Llewellyn Sian Brooks again finished in third place.
