South Eastern Centre Grasstrack Championship - GTSA Racing - 30th June

On Sunday 30th June, all roads will lead to Dig Dog Lane, Frittenden, Kent for GTSA Racing’s opening Grasstrack of 2024. 

Six Solo classes will battle it out for the South Eastern Centre Championship titles, along with the awesome 1000cc Right Hand and the Left Hand Sidecars plus the 500cc Sidecars. A quality line up of riders confirmed so far includes Charley Powell, Martyn Sturgeon, Bob Dolman, Cameron Taylor, Luke Harris, Dave Mears, David Knowles, Charlie Wood, Luke Clifton, Tim Greig, Steve Garside, Jason Prynne, Jordan Derrick, Dave Hammond, Wayne Broadhurst, Ian Clark plus many more in the Solos. 250cc, 350cc, 500cc, Upright, GT140 and the entertaining Unlimited handicap Solos are also included. 

The Right Hand Sidecars include 2022 Masters champions Mark Cossar/Carl Blyth plus his brother Tom Cossar/Wayne Rickards, Paul Whitelam/Richard Webb, Terry Saunters/Liam Brown, Trevor Heath/Sam Heath, Matt Fumarola/Andrew Wilson, Steve Smith/Gareth Little, Michael Austin/Vinny Branch, Will Offen/Ricky Pay, George Penfold/Joseph Knight, Robbie Simmons/Myles Simmons Jnr, Dale & Jordan Fish in a strong line up. 

The Left Hand Sidecars all hoping to be the second names on the Hilton Woodrow trophy along with the SE Centre title include 2023 British Champions Martin Cuff/Colin Clark chased by Will Penfold/Freddie Wood, Josh Penfold/Dan Woodbridge, Tommy Penfold/Will Naden, Danny Hill/Callum Ray, Joe & Jordan Holland and more!

The 500cc Sidecar entry includes Josh & Scott Goodwin, Paul Whitelam & Richard Webb and Jordan Smith & Shane Freeman. 

Camping is available in the track’s camping field from Friday 28th June until Monday 1st July charged at only £5 per vehicle, with fresh water and toilets onsite. And Sauly Event’s beer tent on Saturday night that will be showing the Speedway GP and the Euro 2024 Football England game.

The 49 race programme on Sunday will be proceeded by signing on/technical inspection at 09.00 and Practice at 11.00. The first race will begin at 12.30, followed by the presentation at the end of the day’s racing.

Tickets are cash only on the day priced at £15 Adults, £12 Concessions, Children under 16 Free and Programmes cost £2. Post code is TN17 2AX.
