Two new associate partners join us in support of the Trial GB: ACU British Motorcycle Trials Championship, for 2024.
Apico Factory Racing & Hebo have committed to supporting the series, which is a key market for both brands. Apico, originally the off-road clothing brand switched to making hard parts in the mid 90's and has a vast selection of products for all brands of trial bikes.
The company, now in its 40th year, is owned and run by Dylan Brown and Anna Eriksson from their base in Burnley. Apico Factory Racing also distribute a wide selection of brands catering for all off-road motorcycle disciplines.
One of their distributed brands is Hebo, rated as a premium clothing and protection brand of Trials products worldwide. Hebo recognised the importance of the Premier Trials Championship in the UK. and was keen to be a part of the series with Apico. Both brands are headlined for Trials by U.K. Championship contenders Harry Hemingway (Trial GB) and his brother George Hemingway (Trial GB 2), the current 2023 Trial 3 World Champion.
Scott Cannon, Apico Marketing Manager: "Trials is an important market for Apico, without it we'd probably not be here in the first place. We recognise the changes to the series being made by the ACU and feel that now is the right time to get behind the Championship and support the series. As well as being an associate sponsor, we'll be supporting in other ways and helping the sport to develop from the youth to the professional level riders in 2024.
Hebo is our largest sole-distributed brand in the trials sector and one we feel needs to be positioned along with Apico as such. We've worked closely with the team in Spain to bring visibility to the brand at the British Trials Championship and look forward to working with Barry, Sam and the team at the ACU this season".
Barry Huskinson, ACU Trial GB Series Manager: "Working with Scott and his team at Apico and Hebo has already been fantastic. We have discussed many ideas and put together a unique partnership. We are extremely thankful to have such support which will help us to achieve both the goals of the championship from a rider and spectator standpoint".
Trial GB will run over a five-round series from April to September, with hosting clubs providing a spectator-friendly, compact lap where you can witness some of the best motorcycle control on the planet and get up close to the UK's best riders.
