STRONG TEAMS FOR FARLEIGH CASTLE VETS MX.
With just two weeks to go, British Teams will once again face strong opposition at the Farleigh Castle event with reigning holders Belgium returning with a very strong line up and the USA bringing in a new member in a bid to win the combined Evo and Twin shock competition for the first time.
With new rules being introduced in 2022 whereby each team are required to field two Evo and two Twin shock machines in all races, Team Managers have been wise in making their choices of riders.
Last year’s winners Belgium have brought Patrick Capps into the squad. A Grand Prix regular for many years, Capps will join up with three of last years big hitters and wise, experienced Team Manager, Danny Scheers is confident of a podium place again.
Two technical issues in one moto last year cost the USA dearly, but they have introduced Regis Harrington to boost the Twin shock element to back up Tim Ferry, Keith Johnston and Cody Williams.
Brad Anderson and Ryan Voase head up the Team England squad.
Both previous race winners at Farleigh Castle, Jamie Law will join them as the third rider with Kris Winder being the second Twin shock rider.
British fans will also have Team Britain to support. New Manager Phil Mercer will lead the strong squad with Jamie Skuse being the youngest member of the experienced team which also sees Terry House on a Twin shock Maico.
Teams and riders from the USA, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, South Africa, Canada, Sweden, Ireland and Wales will feature in the action packed weekend.
Next week, details will be released of a free to enter competition where the prize will be the actual four metre backdrop curtain which the winner will take away after the Podium Presentations.
This is something that money cannot buy!
The action takes place on the weekend of the 9
th & 10
th September at the famous Grand Prix circuit on the Somerset Wiltshire border.
