Enhancements and alterations continue to update the new Membership System, and it is good to see from the reduction in Zen Desk Ticket enquiries that Users are becoming more familiar with the navigation and practices of the new System, so many thanks from the ACU staff for your patience and engagement during this time of significant change.
Recent Changes
· Additions to the Event Admin Tools, located within the Admin Panel for Event Organisers (all located by clicking Event Admin > Select the Event > Event Info Form > Event Admin Tools tab):
1. The ability to exclude your event from Online ‘One-Event Licence’ Sales, using a simple ON/OFF toggle.
2. For Permit-ONLY Events, the Event Status can now be amended, meaning Event Organisers can make it clear whether their Event is ‘Active’, ‘Provisional’ or ‘Cancelled’
3. For Permit-ONLY Events, Organisers can choose whether they would like their Event to display on the ACU Public Event finder or not
· Creation of new ACU Officials Licence for Road Race Incident Officer. The ACU will add these records to the relevant qualified members
· Update to Event Terms & Conditions when creating a Permit Request for an Event with Entry System to reflect the special rates secured by the ACU for our Clubs, Promoters, and other Event Organisers.
Please note the total rate of 3.6% + 20p per transaction (which comprises both the Stripe processing fee of 2.4% + 20p and the Sport:80 hosting fee of 1.2%) are competitive and mean that Event Organisers can benefit from in-built checks around Licence Requirements, automated System Communications, and many other tools. Despite a recent correspondence you may have received direct from Stripe, the processing fees of 3.6% +20p remain the same.
· CMS (Club Management System) Updates:
1. Process amendment to ensure that failed payments, or Club Admins assigning Memberships, do NOT automate the creation of a Club Membership for the individual in the Membership System until it has been fully paid
2. Partially-created Stripe accounts can now be reset should the Club Admin have selected the wrong Business Type
3. Infinite scrolling added to lists so all items are always visible (e.g., Membership Types, which previously bottomed-out at 10)
In Progress
· The creation of a Sign-On Sheet Template for Event Organisers
· An enhancement to the Event Eligibility Check to cater for instances of entries being completed before Event Organisers have loaded Licence requirements to Class categories

Once again thanks for your continue feedback, it is much appreciated and everything we receive is considered and put in place to improve the new Sport:80 system for all.
