The ACU Trials and Enduro wish to congratulate Nieve Holmes on claiming the Women’s European Enduro Championship at the final round at Rudesdorf in Germany.
Nieve managed to claim the title on the opening day of the final round by finishing second behind Francesca Nocera after suffering a crash in one of the opening tests. The season finale of the Borilli Enduro European Championship started on Saturday 29th October with 66 km of transfers and three special tests which challenged the hundred riders that had started the day. The sun accompanied the riders throughout the day, making the first day of the event pleasant.
Clinching the 2022 European Champion saw Nieve Holmes finally realised her dream and complete a successful year after being part of the Ladies team which took victory at the ISDE in France.
