The Auto Cycle-Union (ACU) imposes two-year suspension on ACU Licence Holder
Following a routine drug test conducted on Sunday 29th May 2022 held under the auspices of the ACU (Permit No. 63220) and organised by Iveston & Satley MCC, several competitors were randomly selected to participate in the drugs test. One rider tested positive for a prohibited substance under the FIM and UK Anti-Doping Code.
In accordance with ACU National Sporting Code 9.06, a two-year suspension has been imposed on the rider, suspension effective from 29th May 2022.
The rider was informed of the Positive test and advised he had the right to appeal in accordance with art 9.07 and Chapter 10 of the ACU National Sporting Code.
