The 50-80 cc Racing Group 3rd round at Mallory Park Circuit 5th June The 80cc bikes return to the EMRA based meeting for the 3rd round of their own private championship as a class within in the Sound of Music Two Stroke 125cc-450cc races.
Kettering rider David Degroot is dominating the championships so far. Stretching out a big lead on his SJL racing 85cc machine prepared by Steve Lawton. With a clean sheet of wins in every round whilst consistently finishing on the podium in 125cc class as well.
Allen Richardson is currently 2nd placed on the table and has also scored podium positions in the 125cc class. Mackenzie Parsons holds third place in his first year of road racing, Riding his 80cc Derbi prepared by his Grandad Chris who runs Clarke Brothers Garage at Weedon.
Also keep your eye out for the very quick Owen Monaghan on the YZ85cc Rapid Light Transport sponsored bike. Who can upset the apple cart if he can overcome the technical issues from the previous rounds.
