Sunday sees the opening round of the ACU British Sidecar Enduro Championship and of the ACU British Classic Enduro Championship at the Brechfa Enduro run by the Dyfed Dirt Bike Club. The opening round is a little bit different from the usual Forestry Welsh Enduro with a 20 mile plus course featuring Farmland and open moorland. In the sidecar championship reigning champion David Williams will be out to retain his title but will face strong competition from former champ Alun Davies with Dan Lawry and Mark Stokes hoping to get amongst the Welshmen.
In the classic classes there's a mixture of machines from the past SWM, Maico, Huskies, Kawasaki and even a CCM, men to watch will be Ian Barnett, Tom Knill and host club lads Jon Stobbs and Phil Jenkins.
Prior to the 10 o'clock the 2021 British Sidecar Championship awards will be presented at 9.30 so all recipients please make an effort to be there.
