The Forests of Britain are suffering from an outbreak of a fatal tree disease called Phytophthora pluvialis. To ensure the continued use of these forests the ACU have been asked to make licence holders, and those who attend events, aware of this disease.
If you attend any event using Forestry land, please clean your machine and clothing thoroughly after the event and use a recommended disinfectant especially on footwear.
Do not attend other forests without taking these measures.
