Due to the continued and predicted rise in Covid-19 infection rates through the winter months and the perceived risk this may place on the NHS, the Board of Directors have decided not to hold the ACU Awards that was due to take place at the National Motorcycle Museum on Saturday 22nd January 2022.
The Directors also considered their Duty of Care towards our Staff, ACU Members and guests and as such having up to 700 guests in close proximity in the basement of a building was considered not to be in the best interests given the current circumstances.
Sports Committees will now look for suitable dates/locations to present trophies to our Award winners and this will be published in due course.
Finally, for your diary we have confirmed with the National Motorcycle Museum that the ACU Awards Day for 2023 will be held on Saturday 21st January and we look forward to seeing you then in safer circumstances.
