Round 8 Club Championship – The Turkey and Tinsel Trial
Sunday 8th December at Oakridge Copse, Grimstead Rd, Alderbury, (SP5 3RQ Gets you close – then look for Orange Arrows)
There are a few riders who can enhance their overall position at the top of the Championship table in this, the final round of 2019 Club Championship.
Safe, seasonal fancy dress is welcome on the day and there will be a few Christmassy things going on including the infamous “Best dressed helmet” award.
Directions: From the A36 at Whaddon take the West Grimstead Road. After about half a mile there is a fork in the road, keep right and start to slow down. The Copse entrance is 50 yards on right on the bend. Follow the Orange Arrows along track. When you go through gate park you can park on left and right and at the top of the central drive.
Gates are open from 8.30 for a 10.00 start.
There will be 10 long sections for the main route with 6 separate sections for the E Route.
Offers to observe are appreciated. We had ten Observers at the last Trial, it made the day go so much better.
The venue is well worth a visit if you have not been there before – nice to have a different place to ride with a little mud.
