Any Photographers / Media / Press or persons operating a drone attending your event should sign on to the Press Signing on Form (Form C7-2019) and provide proof of Legal Liability Insurance with a minimum of £2,000,000 liability from any one accident.
In addition, any Person operating a Drone must confirm that the drone complies with the rules and regulations as provided by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or other statutory regulatory body responsible for these matters.
Should these persons have not attended a Track Race meeting before then the Clerk of the Course should provide a training session along with any new marshals.
