Ballasalla based Chartered Certified Accountants UHY Crossleys LLC have generously agreed to continue to cover Postage Costs for vital correspondence sent to all Southern 100 Marshals, who volunteer their services for all three road races held on the Colas Billown Course.
Chief Marshal, Peter Chadwick says: ‘The Southern 100 Marshals Association are progressing online Sign-on however, feedback from our marshals indicates that this method does not suit all. ‘We upload our Signing-on forms on the official Southern 100 website and try to encourage marshals via social media to download the forms and send them in. ‘Only a small percentage actually do this, and I think old habits die hard as Marshals wait for the reminder when the forms drop through the post.’ ‘Going forward, we need to reduce the cost of postage and we ask all of our Marshals to please consider this for future.’
Peter concluded: ‘Meantime we are very fortunate to have the support of a long-established local Accountancy Firm, UHY Crossleys LLC for which we are very grateful, especially in view of the impending increase in postage costs from next month.
