At the recent NEMCRC Presentation Night at the Newcastle Airport Hotel the NEMCRC auctioned a full years entry fees for one solo entrant for its meetings in 2018. The auction was in aid of the Rob Vine Helicoper Fund in the Isle of Man.
The idea to raise funds was instigated by Tracey Boyes partner of club member Davey Lambert who tragically lost his life competing at the 2017 TT.
On the night the auction ran by the clubs C/C Stu Davision raised the sum of £1100 pounds. Club member Dave Suddas bid the winning offer. The Club would like to thank all who took part in the Auction.
The money has been forwarded to the Rob Vine Fund.
