RHL Activities is pleased to announce that, following feedback from the riders in the Judd KTM British Youth National Championship, it can confirm that Sherwood will now host the final round of the series on September 29 and 30.
The RHL Activities team has taken on board the valuable feedback from its riders and have acted to secure the very popular venue of Sherwood for this season. However, to take the opportunity to add the circuit to this year’s calendar there has been no option but to change the date of the final round of 2018 to September 29 and 30 from the previous venue of Chatteris that was scheduled earlier in the month.
RHL Activities is passionate about the sport, its riders and the development of youth racing within the UK and is excited at the prospect of utilising this Mansfield circuit. Final preparations for the forthcoming season are well underway and the season opener, which takes place at the end of March as part of the British Motocross Festival in Culham, near Oxford.
Gareth Hockey, Director of RHL Activities commented, “The team and myself have listened to the riders in the Judd KTM British Youth National series and have acted accordingly to secure the popular track of Sherwood. It’s a great facility and, while it is quite late in our planning to change a venue, it adds another dynamic to the 2018 series, which can only be positive. It has unfortunately meant we have had to move the date for the final round from September 15 and 16, to September 29 and 30, but we are happy to be taking the series to this excellent track.”
