Amongst the latest batch of entries to be received for the Radcliffe’s Post TT Road Races are no less than seven newcomers to the event and two newcomers to the meeting!
Mark Purslow, from Ceredigion, Wales will make his Billown debut on his 650 Kawasaki in the Supertwin's race.
Alongside him will be Daniel Capper from Middlewich, Cheshire; Darren Cooper from Preston and Tony Leach from Lancaster.
Liverpool’s Stephen Smith will be out on a 600 Suzuki. Similarly mounted will be fellow debutante Ramsey man Laurence Cummins, whilst Paul Mackey from Newcastle on Tyne will be on a 600 Kawasaki.
Tony Leach will also be out on a 600 Yamaha, with Mark Purslow also entered on a 1000 BMW.
Having their first rides in the popular Radcliffe Butchers Post TT Road Races will be close neighbours from Co Durham, David McConnachy and Kevin Barsby - David with a 600 Yamaha and Kevin with a 675 Triumph.
Race Secretary, George Peach said: ‘It is very encouraging to receive this number of newcomers entries in the early entries for the Post TT races, especially from off Island.’ ‘There are also a good number of the established regulars entered, which will keep the fans on their toes on race day, Saturday 10th June.’
Practice for the 2017 Radcliffe's Butchers Post TT Road Races takes place between 1.00pm and 4.00pm with the three race programme commencing at 5.00pm until 8.30pm at the latest.
