Lambert tied at the top of the FIM Under 21 Speedway World Championship
Britain’s Robert Lambert moved into joint top place in the standings after an entertaining Final 2 in front of some 4000 fans in Pardubice, Czech Republic last Friday.

Although Robert Lambert dropped out at the semifinal stage his 11 points haul was enough to keep him strongly in the medal chase.

The star of the meeting was Dmitri Berge with a well-earned 19 points and first place on the podium at the prize giving ceremony.

Fellow Brit Josh Bates currently sits in eighth place heading into Gdansk with a top six finish within range, after both he and Adam Ellis scored five points at Pardubice

Lambert now heads to the final round on October 2nd at Gdansk in Poland tied on points with Australian Max Fricke on 30 points. The meeting is just 24hrs after the final Speedway GP at Torun and with the championship is still wide open the meeting promises to provide fans with a memorable conclusion to an exciting weekend of speedway..
