The Triple Trophy meeting is on! Known as 'The Champions of Cheshire' is all set for Sunday September 11th in Gawsworth, Cheshire SK11 9QY.
There will actually be 5 fantastic Trophy’s up for grabs, The Jim Rowlinson Rose Bowl for the 500cc solo's, The Knocker Cup for the 350cc Solo's, The Roy Holding Diamond H Trophy for the 250cc winner and now just added 2 new awards, the Classic Speedway & Grasstrack Shield for the Unlimited Pre 75 Class and for the 1000cc Sidecars Cheshire Grasstrack Club’s very own Philip Winterton Cup. Other classes include Quads, Upto125cc, Uprights and 500cc Sidecars.
Hot and cold food and our onsite marquee with a fully licensed bar will be present together with Dave Norcott’s Classic Speedway and Grasstrack exhibit with some fine examples of past motorsport machinery and Steve Irving will present his speedway portraits for visitors to enjoy.
Practice is from 11.30am with racing at 1pm. Adult entry is £10, Concessions £7.50 and children under 16 and when accompanied by a paying adult are free!
