The ACU Trials and Enduro Committee are pleased to announce that they will be running another Under 23 Enduro Training weekend for the 2016 season. The event will take place on the 30th and 31
st January 2016 and is aimed at all Under 23 riders that are considering putting their names forward for the ACU Under 23 Enduro Squad or ACU British Under 23 ISDE Selection.
The event will be hosted by the ACU at their headquarters in Rugby and will be organised by the ACU Trials and Enduro Committee Member, Dusty Martin. The weekend will consist of Nutritional, Motivational, Bike Prep and Fitness lectures, and will include a fitness test and the opportunity for an afternoons training with instruction from 4 time World Champion Paul Edmondson.
The event is aimed primarily at Under 23s, and will be at minimal cost to the rider, all that is expected is that attendees can arrive before 0700 on the Saturday with a fully prepared bike and be prepared to put their best efforts into all the activities. Potential attendees should note that this weekend may be considered when selection to the ACU Under 23 Enduro Squad is being made.
Applications are to be made strictly by email only, on a first come first served basis, up to a maximum of 15 riders, riders over 23 may apply but will only get places if spaces are not filled by Under 23 riders. Emails should be sent to
gbisdetm@yahoo.co.uk detailing applicants name, return email address (if different) date of birth, if the applicant is to accompanied and by whom, any special dietary requirements or reasons why you shouldn't partake in a weekend of arduous activity.
It is anticipated that there will high demand for this event therefore applications will close on 1
st January 16, successful applicants will be notified shortly afterwards.
