MCN’s first ever Festival of Motorcycling will be held at the Peterborough Arena on the weekend of 16th and 17
th May 2015, providing riders with a unique opportunity to see, hear and try out the latest bikes, both on and off road.
Visitors will be able to road test bikes from the major manufacturers’ demonstrator fleets, as well as experiencing motorcycling as it used to be in the classic and vintage bike try-out zone.
People can soak up the atmosphere as dozens of world-class historic race bikes are ridden on a specially built circuit, feast their eyes on a display of the greatest road and race bikes ever made and then seek out a bargain in the retail village.
Backed by the world’s biggest weekly motorcycle newspaper, the Festival invites motorcycle enthusiasts to:
HIT THE OPEN ROAD - Take test rides on the latest 2015 bikes, with large test fleets available from the major manufacturers.
BRING YOUR EARPLUGS - See and hear some of motorcycling's historic race bikes as they are fired up for MCN’s 60
th anniversary parade.
DROOL AT THE METAL - Display of Iconic race bikes and the most important and influential road bikes
HAVE A GO ON A CLASSIC BIKE - Ride a piece of history on a classic and vintage machine courtesy of the National Motorcycle Museum.
GET DOWN AND DIRTY - From the novice zone to the adventure park, try your hand off road.
BAG A BARGAIN - The massive retail zone offers bargains on clothing and accessories alongside new and exclusive products.
