The ACU Motocross Department are pleased to announce that the venues and organisers for the 2015 Maxxis ACU British Sidecar Cross Championship have now been confirmed. The coming season will see the Championship return to 6 rounds during the summer months and will introduce a new two tier championship format.
With the continued sponsorship from Maxxis Tyres as title sponsor, the championship will begin on the 26
th April at the Asham Woods circuit before returning to top British venues such as Wakes Colne, Milton Park and Canada Heights as the season finale.
For the first time in 2015 the British Sidecar Cross Championship will operate a two tier Championship format to help encourage Sidecar crews to continue competing in the Championship during the season. The two championship classes will be the Maxxis ACU British Sidecar Cross Championship and the all new National Expert Sidecar Cross Championship, which will exclude Sidecar teams that finished inside the top 10 of the 2014 British Championship or have competed in World Championship events during the current or previous two seasons.
