On Sunday June 19th the Torridge & DMCC are pleased to be hosting Round 3 of the ACU Maxxis British Sidecarcross Championship along with Junior and Open Expert Motocross support races.
The club is pleased to have the Sidecars back at the circuit as they provide brilliant racing and are a wonder to watch if you have never seen them before. Rounds 1 and 2 have provided some extremely close racing with anyone seeming to be in with a shot of the title this year.
If you have never seen Sidecar racing before then attending this event is a must! There are certain things you would think that these racers wouldn’t do however that’s not the case, they will jump, battle and race just like the Motocross riders do and with passengers leaning out to steer the sidecar it can get pretty close between competitors.
Entries are now open for the junior and Expert Open Motocross support groups so please send in your entry ASAP! To ensure a ride, Experts will get 3 x 20min races and the juniors, who will be split into A & B groups will have 15min races.
Overall prize money will be awarded in the Expert and Junior A Groups.

The entrance fee for Spectators will be £7 with under 16's free. The venue will be signed from the A361 at Barnstaple - Turn left onto A39 towards Bideford Straight over the next 2 roundabouts then sign-posted left onto B3232. Also signed off the A386 from Torrington.
